Orders are dispatched from our head office in Kwazulu Natal, so please allow for transit time based on your location when estimating delivery dates.
South African Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services for online orders:
- Courier-to-Door Delivery: minimum of R85 for orders under R700. Courier prices are dependant on size and weight
- Free Courier-to-Door Delivery: Available on all orders over R700. Standard Courier-to-Door delivery times apply
- Priority Door-to-Door Delivery: on request
Order Processing & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all paid orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and courier capacity.
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure prompt delivery, transit times are managed by the couriers once parcels have been collected, and we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. Tracking is supplied based on information received from our courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Lead Times
Based on courier service-level agreements (SLAs), typical delivery times are:
- Standard Door-to-Door Delivery: 3–6 business days
- Priority Door-to-Door Delivery: 1–3 business days
